Probe stations (cryogenic)
The heart of the instrument is the cryocooler, an interface adapted to the application, a compressor and the Helium lines under pressure. The mechanical decoupling leads to low vibrations in the order of only 5 nm. A large number of interfaces enables the use in a variety of applications like nanotechnology, spectroscopy, microscopy, diffraction, diffusion, neutrons, RX, para ortho Hydrogen, Mössbauer and many more. https://www.arscryo.com/app-overview
